A no-show on the date of arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at that property and there will be no refund.

A deposit of 50% upfront will hold your reservation; the remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to check in. Because of our small size, and shortened season, cancellations or date changes impact us greatly. A last-minute cancellation or date change affords us little chance of rebooking an accommodation. We uphold a strict cancellation policy. Your deposit will be happily refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. After that, we regret that no refund is possible, regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure. In our mountainous terrain, forest fires are not uncommon as well as other un-expectancies that mother nature imposes. We are unable to deviate from policies due to weather, illness, flight delays, road closures, etc.

In the event that a natural disaster requires a cancellation of your reservation, Travellers Rest cannot be held responsible and refunds are not issued. Travellers Rest highly recommends that you purchase trip insurance from your travel advisor or your insurance provider.
